Zubereitung
- Für das Apfeltommerl den Maisgries mit der Milch verrühren und Zucker, Eier, Salz, Zitronenschale, Vanillezucker und Zimt dazurühren.
- In einer Pfanne Butter erhitzen und die Masse hineingießen. Kurz anbacken und beiseite stellen. Geschabte Äpfel auf der Oberfläche der Masse verteilen, Rosinen darüberstreuen und die Apfeltommerl ca. 20 Minuten bei 150 Grad im Rohr backen.

Die Apfeltommerl schmecken herrlich, wenn Sie vor dem Servieren noch etwas Zimt darüberstäuben.
